Welcome to Knack Technology, provided by Knack Technology E-Learning Solutions Private Limited (“Knack Technology,” “us,” “our” or “we”). These terms and conditions (this “Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and services. By using our Site or submitting any information to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms, rules, policies, or procedures that we may publish on the Site.
If you are under 18, do not create an account. By accessing our Site on behalf of any entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of that entity. While some areas of our Site(s) may be accessed without registration, certain features or content posting require account creation. You must provide current, accurate, and complete information during registration. You agree not to share your password, allow others access to your account, or compromise its security. We may cancel any account if we suspect noncompliance with these terms.
Course details and pricing are listed on the Site. By registering for a course, you agree to pay the indicated price according to the Site’s pricing schedule. Payment requires accurate account information, certification of legal age (18 years or older), and ability to enter into a binding agreement with Knack Technology.
Knack Technology may utilize third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions (“EPPs”) for financial transactions. By using these services, you authorize us to instruct EPPs on your behalf. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:Lack of transaction authorization, Payment issues, or Transaction declines. Our payment facility is not a banking or financial service.
We reserve the right to change prices or billing terms for any offered courses at any time. You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, according to the billing terms in effect when payments are due.
Knack Technology retains all intellectual property rights to materials on the Site. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content is strictly prohibited without our express written permission. The trademarks and logos on the Site, including “Knack Technology,” are owned by Knack Technology. Any misuse is prohibited without written consent.
We may update our Privacy Policy as needed to comply with regulations. Your continued use of our Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Links on the Site to third-party resources are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these resources or their content. Your use of such resources is at your own risk.
Knack Technology may send notifications via the Site, mobile applications, or email. By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us through these channels.
Access to the Site is at your risk. Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness of information.
We may change or discontinue the Site, applications, or services without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, retaining rights provided under these Terms of Use.
Knack Technology and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify Knack Technology and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Use are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
The Site is operated from India. We make no representations that the Site is suitable or available in other locations. Use from other locations is at your own risk.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Knack Technology, superseding any previous arrangements.
No third-party beneficiaries exist unless expressly provided. We may assign rights or delegate responsibilities under these Terms of Use. If any provision is found illegal or unenforceable, remaining provisions will continue in effect.

This policy applies to all participants requesting or processing refunds. It covers both approved and non-approved refund situations, excluding cases where refunds are not granted.
To regulate and address refund procedures and issues effectively, ensuring fairness and efficiency. Our aim is to provide transparent, accountable resolutions for refund requests.
Self Based Program: Online Self-Paced programs are non-refundable and non-transferable, except when Knack Technology cancels the program, which entitles participants to a full refund Mentor led & Professional Program: Online Pro Plan & Pro Plus Plan programs are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for complete program cancellations by Knack Technology, which entitle participants to a full refund. For delayed program starts exceeding 45 days from the scheduled commencement, Knack Technology commits to initiating the program within an extended timeframe of 15-30 days. Failure to meet this commitment results in full refunds for participants
To request a refund, contact info@knacktechnology.in. Our refunds team will respond within 2-5 business days. If approved, complete the Refunds Form provided by our team.
Refunds are processed within 15-20 business days upon receipt of the completed Refunds Form. Actual timelines may vary based on payment method and financial institution policies.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
Card Payments: Credited back to the same card within up to 30 days.
Bank Account Payments: Refunded to the originating bank account per bank processing times.
Other Payment Sources: Issued back to the original payment provider according to their specific policies.
Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Participants may switch to an alternative course under specific conditions:
- Notification and Timing: Notify Knack Technology at least one week before the original course start. Indicate the intention to switch courses.
- Availability and Time Frame: Ensure available seats in the alternative course, to be completed within three months from the original course start.
- Fee Differences: Participants must pay any additional course fees for higher-value courses. No refunds are provided for course fee differences when switching to lower-value courses.
- Processing Fee: Pay a processing fee of Rs. 1000/- within three days of Knack Technology accepting the course change request.
- Course Change Limit: One course change per participant during the program
Our rescheduling policies are as follows:
Course Rescheduling by Knack Technology:
If a course does not commence within 10-15 business days, participants may:
a) Request a 70% refund.
b) Opt to join another batch or course.
Knack Technology strives to meet scheduled course dates but is not liable for personal expenses resulting from rescheduling.
Customer-Initiated Rescheduling:
Submit reschedule requests at least 7 business days before the original course start.
Rescheduled courses should start within 90 days of the original date.
Rescheduling is subject to seat availability. Pay a Rs. 1000/- processing fee within 5 business days of request approval.
Process for Rescheduling a Course
Email info@knacktechnology.in with your reschedule request.
Receive confirmation within 3 – 7 Business Working days from our support team.
Pay processing fees and course fee differences (if any), submitting the receipt to info@knacktechnology.in.
Cancellation
Knack Technology reserves the right to cancel sessions under various circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or insufficient participants.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: If Knack Technology cancels a workshop/seminar/conference, participants receive a full refund. For venue changes, we ensure comparable infrastructure, excluding personal expenses.
