This policy applies to all participants requesting or processing refunds. It covers both approved and non-approved refund situations, excluding cases where refunds are not granted.

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to regulate and address refund procedures effectively. Our goal is to provide clear and accountable resolutions for refund requests, ensuring participants understand their rights and responsibilities.

Program Types
1. Self-Based Program
  • Description: Online Self-Paced programs
  • Refund Policy: Non-refundable and non-transferable, when Knack Technology cancels the program They should Facilitate with another available program. If this commitment is not met, participants will receive a full refund.
2. Mentor-Led & Professional Program
  • Description: Online Pro Plan & Pro Plus Plan programs
  • Refund Policy: Non-refundable and non-transferable, except for complete program cancellations by Knack Technology. Participants are entitled to a full refund in this case.
  • Delayed Program Starts: If a program start is delayed for more than 45 days from the scheduled commencement, we will initiate the program within an extended timeframe of 15-30 days. If this commitment is not met, participants will receive a full refund.
Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@knacktechnology.in.
  2. Response Time: Our refunds team will respond within 2-5 business days.
  3. Complete Refunds Form: If your request is approved, you will be required to complete the Refunds Form provided by our team.

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days upon receipt of the completed Refunds Form. Please note that actual timelines may vary based on the payment method and financial institution policies.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used:

  • Card Payments: Credited back to the same card within up to 30 days.
  • Bank Account Payments: Refunded to the originating bank account, depending on bank processing times.
  • Other Payment Sources: Issued back to the original payment provider according to their specific policies.
  • Cash Refunds: Please note that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
